We believe every girl deserves to feel confident in her own skin. We’re here to offer a fun, gentle alternative to traditional hair removal, made just for teen girls. With natural, biodegradable, and vegan products, we’re proving that beauty doesn’t have to come at the cost of the planet or your well-being.

Our brand is about choice. We give you the freedom to take control of your body, using effective, chemical-free solutions that work for all skin types. We want you to feel empowered, informed, and ready to express yourself—whether that means smooth skin or embracing what makes you unique.

We will make our products available where you shop, both online and in physical stores. We will have a subscription service to help make using natural products affordable and accessible for all. We will always strive to offer products that are as naturally derived as possible whilst causing the minimum impact on our environment. We will always be approachable and listen.

At it’s Sugar!, we're committed to creating a safe, supportive, and positive space for teens interested in skincare and sugaring. We encourage openness, advice sharing, tips, recommendations, positives and negatives of overcoming new challenges and experiences. For everyone to join conversations, to participate in games, to help build a community that you feel proud to be part of. 

Please follow these guidelines to ensure a great experience for everyone.

1. Be Kind and Respectful

Treat others with kindness and respect, regardless of their background, skin type gender, nationality, sexual orientation or skincare experience level.

No bullying, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will be tolerated.

2. Protect Your Privacy

Never share personal information such as your full name, address, or school details.

Be cautious when sharing photos. Avoid images that could identify your location or reveal too much personal information.

3. Age-Appropriate Content

Keep all content and discussions suitable for our teen audience.

Avoid sharing or requesting explicit content.

4. Accurate Information

We want the community to be a place where you can express your opinions and be heard.  

If you're unsure about posting something, ask us first. We are here to listen and advise.

5. Impersonation

Any users found creating an account using someone else’s name or trying to assume their identity will be removed. 

6. Doxing

Doxing is when a user researches someone’s personal information like their name, phone number, or address — and then publishes it online with malicious intent.

7. Misinformation 

Information published to intentionally damage or affect an individual or company in a negative way, is not acceptable.

8. No Trolling

Trolling includes intentionally posting inflammatory, off-topic, or disruptive messages in online communities, social media, forums, or comment sections to provoke an emotional reaction, derail conversation, or incite conflict, disrupting constructive discussions. No members of our community will be harassed or bullied.

9. No NSFW material:

‘Not Suitable For Work’ this includes any images, videos, language inappropriate to our community environment. 

10. Respect Intellectual Property

Don't share copyrighted material without permission.

Give credit when sharing content that isn't your own.r! No unauthorised downloads, pirated software, etc.

11. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Avoid excessive self-promotion or spamming the community with links or advertisements. We fully welcome communication and sharing your achievements and UGC is part of that.

12. Report Concerns

If you see something that violates these guidelines or makes you uncomfortable, report it to us, the moderators immediately.

13. Parental Consent

Ensure you have parental consent to participate in our community if you're under 16.

14. Product Safety

Always follow product instructions and safety guidelines when discussing or using skincare products. If you are ever unsure just ask. Nothing is too trivial. 

We advise that you consult a parent, guardian before trying new skincare routines. They just might have some useful tips!

15. Positive Body Image

Promote a healthy body image and self-acceptance. It’s okay to share if your not feeling that vibe at the moment though, no one does all the time. 

Avoid negative comments to others about body hair or skin conditions.

16. Gamification

Gamification features are added for your entertainment, to increase discussion and have fun. They can earn you points or rewards for contributions to our community and positive behaviour. 


Remember, breaking these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, and permanently removing your account. If any laws are broken the appropriate authorities will be notified.

Moderators' decisions are based on evidence. If you are identified as breaking the community guidelines, you will be contacted by message and informed of the breach of guidelines and future actions, as a result of the breach. You can appeal against the decision within 7 days by email, [email protected]  Your appeal will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken. You will be notified of the outcome within 7 days of submitting your appeal, in normal circumstances.
